Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the credits have not been used. To request a refund, email team@bunnyfiedlabs.com within 14 days of your purchase date with your order details and we will process it promptly.

Credits that have already been used to generate puzzles are non-refundable. Unused credits are fully refundable within the 14-day window.

Payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. For any payment disputes or billing questions, you can also contact Paddle directly via your payment receipt.
